01
Gather non-secret context
Useful details include the account identifier, approximate last successful access, phone model, Android version and masked recovery contact. Keep them private and provide only what a verified support form requires.
- Record the exact error and where it appears.
- Keep the verified hostname or in-app route.
- Redact financial and personal values.
02
Follow one change per attempt
Check input and connection, use the visible recovery control, and confirm recovery access before clearing data or reinstalling. Changing password, phone, device and app at once makes the result impossible to interpret.
- Verify the entry before entering an identifier.
- Use self-service recovery before destructive steps.
- Document each action and result.
03
Recognise unsafe recovery requests
A person asking for an OTP, password, screen control or transfer is requesting more than diagnostic context. Stop and return to a support route independently verified from the app or known entry.
- Never share an OTP or password.
- Do not install remote-control software.
- Do not accept a replacement APK from a recovery chat.
